BIEGLER Medical Electronics was founded in Mauerbach (Vienna) in 1973. Our mission was
to provide innovative, high-quality solutions for the medical profession. After over 30
years in this area, our experience has vindicated this approach:
We can implement your ideas with a comprehensive range of solutions, from the initial
design stage, through prototype and mass production, right up to assembly and packing.
This is regardless of whether the project concerns mechanics, pneumatics, electronics,
plastic or metal, disposable products or other equipment.

contract development work and accompany mass production runs. Besides this, we work with

Over the last three decades, BIEGLER Medical Electronics has developed into an
export-oriented corporation. We export 70% of our products via locally based distributors
to over 70 countries around the world, namely in Europe, Asia, Australia and North
America.

Your product idea
The starting point of any innovation is a single idea. If you are a medical specialist
with a good idea for a new type of product, then we are a good match for you. That's
because we have the capability to develop - and mass-produce - a viable product out of
just an idea. And we will also search for the right distributor to push the product
successfully.
After you have presented your idea, we analyze the demand for the underlying innovation:
Our research and development department will examine the product's technical feasibility,
and our marketing department will use of its years of experience to analyze market
potential. If the results of these investigations are positive, we will sign a
co-operation agreement with you.
We have used this method successfully in the past with other projects (e.g. P-Stim).

Outsourcing is a clear trend these days in medical technology also. BIEGLER Medical
Electronics has been handling project development and manufacturing work for prominent
OEMs for some years now. Long-term customers such as Baxter and Siemens appreciate our
wide-ranging capability, in relation to both medical devices and disposables.

Distribution
BIEGLER Medical Electronics concentrates on the development and production of medical
products. Without exception, our distributors handle the job of selling to the end-user
market (hospitals, clinics and home care).
