1       Information regarding data processing

    Integration of Web services:

1.1      Google Fonts

On our website we use Google Fonts to display external fonts. This is a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, hereinafter referred to as "Google".
The integration of these Web Fonts takes place by a server call, usually a server of Google in the USA. This means that the server will receive information about which of our Internet pages you have visited. The IP address of the browser of the terminal device of the visitor to these Internet pages is also stored by Google.

1.2      Google-Maps

We display the company location on our website with Google Maps and also use this service to create a route description. This service is provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, hereinafter referred to as "Google".
By using Google Maps, information about the use of this website, including your IP address and the (start) address entered as part of the route planner function, may be transmitted to Google in the USA.
We have no influence on the extent of the data collected by Google in this way. According to our state of knowledge, this is at least the following data:

  • the date and time of the visit to the website concerned
  • Internet address or URL of the website accessed
  • IP address, (start) address entered during route planning

    Web analysis:

1.3      Matomo

We use Matomo on our website. This is a tool for analysing websites with which we can track visitor movements. Our legitimate interest (within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. - GDPR) lies in the analysis of the data, in the optimization of our website, for example by adapting the structure according to use.
The following data can be processed:

  • the type of browser you are using
  • the browser version
  • the operating system you are using
  • Your country of origin
  • Date and time of the server request
  • the number of visits
  • Your length of stay on the website
  • the external links you clicked.

We use Matomo with the anonymization function "Automatically Anonymize Visitor IPs". Your IP address is immediately masked by at least two bytes, making it impossible to assign it to you or to the Internet connection you are using. In addition, you can use the "Opt-out" function to end the analysis of your usage behaviour.

2       Your rights

You have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data transferability, revocation and objection regarding your data stored with us. If you believe that the processing of your data violates the data protection law or your data protection claims have otherwise been violated in any way, you can contact us at the email address office@biegler.com .
